Why should I apply?
This will enable you to access your fund information and reports as you wish. It will save you time waiting for the posted documents.

How do I apply?
Step 1: Use the link www.fairheads.com/ select the “corporate registration” button.
Step 2: Complete your information on a short application form.
Step 3: Submit your application
Step 4: A consultant will contact you within 24 hours and register you.

How do I get registered?
A consultant will contact you on the information provided in your application, and register you.
You will receive an email with your login details, once you have logged in you will need to read and accept the terms and conditions. Upon completion you will be able to access your fund information and download reports

Will my registration expire?
Your registration will be valid for 12 months. A month prior to the expiration date you will be notified by email to re-register.

Is my personal information secure?
Yes, please refer to the Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy statement.

How can I download a report; Fund register and statement?
Click on the reports in the menu, enter your criteria and view or save the relevant report.

Can I change my password?
Yes as often as you require
In the menu tab, select my account and then select change password.
please ensure that it is at least 5 characters in length.

Who do I receive a new password if I lose/forget mine?
Should you lose or forget your password, please contact us or click the forgot password button. A new password will be generated and emailed to you within 24 hours.

What do I do if my web browser does not comply with the Fairheads online web?
The website can be used with most of the latest browsers (but best viewed on the browsers listed below). Please ensure that your browser is compatible or contact your Technical Service Provider to upgrade to the relevant version which may include one to of the following:
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 and above
• Google Chrome
